Different wall thickness tube

We get a quotation oppertunity of different wall thickness tube. Does any one be aware process to make different wall thickness tube?

I think your looking for the process of roll forming. These tubes have been roll-formed to a certain wall thickness as specified.

We need more information dia tube, gauge and type of material 409ST, 436, 439, ACMS etc, also what type of equipment are you currently using. e.g tubemill, rollform
