orthogonal array

Currently i am into developing a software by implementing orthogonal & covering array. I have some doubts in the total number of RUNS while implementing an orthogonal array of 1)7 factors with 2 levels each and 2)6 factors with 6 levels each. So i would like to get your guidance to proceed in my project further.
