What about the water as a fluid, can you find and improve a cheaper car engine utilizing the hydrogen dissolved from water as a fuel?

Air is a fluid. Compressed air is a means of transmitting and storing energy. (Just for giggles, look up US patent 5,832,728) For more than a century, compressed air vehicles, etc. have been used, but they are not very efficient. They could be, if the builders used their smarts. Write a good PhD dissertation on design parameters for efficient compressed air systems, with all the thermodynamic mumbo-jumbo to impress your committee. Done well, it will make you rich and/or famous.
