graduation project

Hi i am nader/

i am an electrical engineer specialized in(communications & electronics) undergraduate student and i am really tired from searching for a suitable creative yet -not too hard or expensive- graduation project for communication department but i couldn't so i would be very greatful for some help from you,the outcome from my studies so far ranked as this:

1-V H D L languege (for designing electronic digital chips).

2- digital communications/Digital modulation types and networking .

3- orcad (pspise) program..

4-microcontroller / microprocessors x86 & c++ programming languege/assembly language

those are the most stuff i prefere to major in and to deal with in my project

please respond, my head will explode and the dead line is near would you help me??

Try to do a project on automatic temperature controller for automatic control of temperature of a salt bath or a furnace. Use a thermistor as a temperature sensor(transducer) a relay to switch on and off the heater and 8 bit switch to pre set temperature and 7 segment LED display for indicating the temperature.

You will need 8085 CPU , 2716 EPROM , 8212 I/O chip or 8255 PPI along with SID and SOD lines. ADC and other electronic components to assemble the microprocessor.

Do the software programming . Drawings and component values are available in any standard book on microprocessors. It will be simple and inexpensive project
