Grounding Pedestal

02/01/2008 3:25 PM

Is there any code requirement for the Utility industries on CSA code book for the (telephone/cable/120,240V electrical) pedestals to be grounded with grounding rod or if it is installed within 2m away from the distribution transformer could it be bonded with the transformer grounding. Could you refer me to the exact CSA requirements

Thanks

Please try and reword your question. I'm not quite sure what it is you are asking.

You can contact CSA directly at www.csa.ca and look in the on-line Standards Catalog. If that fails, you can phone them and they should be able to steer you to the right standard.
