WATER DISTRIBUTION NETWORK SIMULATOR

02/02/2008 5:46 AM

Good day folks,

I am handling the design of a potable water distribution network for a community of about 40,000 inhabitants. I want to simulate my design (to assess flow, pressure and general performance) before construction is started.

I used to have 'LOOP' , a simulator produced by UNDP 1995. I dont have it now. And I think there may be better simulators than the UNDP 1995 version.

Can someone pls. help me with a simulator or a link?

In dare need.

Jibril

The simulation model EPANET is available for download at http://www.epa.gov/nrmrl/wswrd/dw/epanet.html. This is an industry standard.
