The very purpose of providing earthing to electrically operated equipment is for protection to life. Weather permanent or temporary installation the person operating it has only one life and you cannot take any Chance. To provide the required mandatory safety by providing double earthing is compulsory .The double eating is recommended as mandatory requirement considering the single earth point Can always get disconnected during operations and may not get noticed till accident happens.
