About the OCR

hiii all

please if anyone can help me,I am confused in choosing which is the best from the two types of OCR from canon ,considering the same price for both

1-canon DR-5010C

2-canon DR-3080c2

and why did you choose it?

What price? Did you ask canon?

Call dragen and ask them about the canon.

You should choose a Kodak, as the Canon ones are pieces of Junk.

They tend to fall apart and are not very durable

Well, OCR is usually software driven while Canon makes hardware. So, I would say, buy the hardware you like as far as cost, buttons and warranty goes, then look around for good OCR. Personally, I haven't found any one piece of software to be any better than any other. I tend to use whatever comes with my scanner or computer, then edit the whole thing anyway.
