Hmm, the final exam for your class is to develop a circuit diagram, likely based on a semseter's worth of study. Instead of honing your skills and doing the work yourself, you just want someone on a forum to give you a design? How does that help you to learn this material? And more to the point, why would any of us want to help an untrained engineer get a degree and to enter the work force...

In your situation you should consider a "electronic" project you had at school when you were ±10. The one with the battery, switch and bulb should do fine.
If that is still too complicated you may replace the switch with a thumb tact and a paper clip.
