difficult to control dyne color in spray painting

I need get help for difficult to achieve color in a spray painting process? every batch/lot give different result?

equipment - auto spray system using LVMP gun, nozzle dia 0.7mm.the part are continue to feed and spray before go to flash off zone at room temp for 7 mins, oven 8 mins with 70 degree C.

paint system: 3 layer PU system.

used air to control.

atomization air able 2 bar

Exclude 02 from your spray gas.
