Which Is Better ... Radiometry Integrating Sphere or Radiometry Detector Head

Hei guys

I have a question.

Which of this two detectors (Radiometry Integrating Sphere or Radiometry Detector Head) is most suitable to measure the irradiance of a laser. Guys if you have info about advantage and disadvantage for both sensor, you can post it also.

What wavelength and power level are you wanting to measure?

Sorry for that...I'm using Argon Ion Laser which 514 nm and total power of 5 W....one more thing which is not related to this topic..It regarding the laser safety...It's the MPE...If the Excess MPE is way above the safe region...What kind of safety procedures should be taken..If you got any informations about it..pls can you share it..Thank you
