Why ask people to spend time writing answer to questions when you can get the answer in full detail by googling Current Capacity of electrical wire or cables?

That's correct, the question shouldn't be a basic one which can be fetched from internet. I think CR4 is not a place for freshers or someone in school. People with some experience in industry are qualified for writing in the forum. What my friends say?

This is exactly why I no longer sign in. I was quite impressed with CR4 when I first found it. I joined and began participating. Then I discovered how inundated it is with questions from people that have done little or no research and have little or no understanding of the subject matter as well as just open ended questions that lack information and/or direction so the answer becomes a complete lesson in electronics.

I am willing to bet that college professors are sending students here for research. This should be a forum for asking specific questions after you have done your general research and have a good enough understanding of the topic and your problem to ask a clear question.
