Aluminum Extrusion Cutting M/C-NOISE Problem

hi friend,

In al extrusion profile cutting m/c as number of profile cut , noise is also increase, so we hav to change a cutter within 15day, can we put only one cutter over there for long peroid of time say 3 to 4 month by giving some coolent and other lubricant so that life of cutter will increase ? pls clarify all , give more alternate solusion.

Please advise what series aluminium are you cutting? What cutting tool and/or insert type?

Talk to your cutter supplier or manufacturer. They should be able to suggest what you can do or recommend better cutter.
