Thanks for replying. The proposed tank is located 1.5 km from the coast line, within 2 km radius of major industrial zone where transport and handling are not a problem. The ground is rated suitable without piling and the liquid stored is inflammable with specific desity(0.95) but mildly corrosive. It has a floating roof and ideally with 30m diameter.Material use: ASTM A283 and 3 coats of epoxy.

Price is purely as cost bench mark for comparsion. Don't overly concern.

Pre-manufacturing of tank (acording to the project)1700-1900$/ton(except erection)delivery from manufacturing shop.

Flooting roof 70-100 Euro/m2

Epoxy coating 3 coats(total dry thickness 350-450 mikrons);sand blasting,sigma coating material(for corrosion) and labors include 30$/m2

Real result could be calculated after project has been seen and conditions have been cleared.

a. Cathodic protection system

b. Fire fighting system (cooling water and foam)

c. Floating roof and sealing system

d. Isolating and breathing valves

e. Instruments, controls and metering system

f. Internal epoxy coating

g. Civil work
