hello

can any one tell me about the interfacing of 12c eeprom and reference of some examples on net or reference resources through the use of 89c51

The datasheet for your I2C eeprom should give you all the interfacing information needed. What is the part number?

I think it's the most ludicrous system I've had the missfortune to come across . I think the SPI three wire interface is far simpler and more convenient.

(Ok guys I'm braced for the onslaught)

I still prefer tieing these things directly to the bus or through the parallel port!!
