size classification of particles.

I am looking to size fractionate celloulose particles (starting size 0.5- 250 microns) into a fractionated size of: 0-10 microns, 10- 40 microns and 40 microns and above. Our ususal prep size is in the 50-150 gram size.

Any ideas?

This is a job for an "Air Classifier". Talk to the people who make them such as Sturtevant.
