You could do a Globalspec search. Some manufacturers that might help are Inotek, Rosemount, Ametek, Bacharach Instrument.

The good news is that a number of simple silicon sensors available from many sources will measure absoption in the near IR band commonly used in water vapor analysis. The bad news is that water analysis by absorption is normally considered a secondary standard and requires frequent calibration against primary standards. For this reason, we always recommend the use of primary standards whenever possible. For water concentratrion between 1-5000 ppmv a dew point analyzer is a low cost primary measurement that can be used in many applications. The newer laser ring down equipment is more expensive and complicated, but also is a primary measurement tool.

As far as I know ring down lasers are not a primary standard for moisture mesurement, only a chilled mirror is considered a primary standard.

Dear Merken,

Xentaur Corporation is one of the worlds leading producers of sensors that measure dew point. For your ppm range there would be no problem. There are many different types of units and configurations as well. I think if you are serious about these measurements and require high precision instruments you should contact them. You can look through their website at www.Xentaur.com for more information. To contact them you can click on the contact tab.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Thanks.
