HP of a compressor is dependent on the quantity of air/gas compressed and the ratio of final pressure to the initial pressue.

It also depends upon whether the compression is carried out isothermally ( at constant temperature 0 or adiabatically (where there would be temperature rise during compression)

For isothermal compression,you can use a simple formaula:

HP = 144 PV ( 2.3026 x log P2/P ) / 33000

where P- atmospheric pressure in psi ( pounds per squre inch)

V - Volume at P in cubic feet per minute

P2 - final pressure in psi

For adiabatic compression you can use:

HP = 0.015 P ( R*0.29 - 1) for single stage compression

= 0.030 P ( R *0.145 -1) for two stage compression

There is a general formula which you can refer to in any handbook for HP depending on the number of stages.

The relation between current (I), Voltage (V) and watts (W) is a simple one and you already have an answer from another source for this.
