first things first.......kill the caps.....it is rude to use all caps in this forum.....

secondly, learn to do your own homework, instead of relying on others to do it for you.

you will not learn by parroting others without the knowledge gained from your own research.

thirdly, you have at your disposal an excellent tool called (insert favorite search engine here)...use it!!!
