Registration of Engineering project

yes I know ,I want to know if there is any organisation or anything to register projects.Because there are chances of our ideas being used by other people who come to know it.

Yes, generally that is the idea, if the bother with it at all. There are very few new ideas under the sun, and yours is not bloody likely to be one. By your note you are bloody green, and have no idea who invented what before you. So, check it out, do a good job of it (weeks if not months), and then when you are sure you are unique, then, but just then you can be concerned how to protect your wonderful brainchild. Short of that YOU will find yourself in the pickle in a short order.
