I find that the most full filling projects are ones that interest me. They stir the mind and consume it in the project. So only you know where your own interest lie.

Today you have a choice tomorrow it will be some one else's interest you will be working on unless you are very lucky. Make the best of it. Good luck!!!

Here's one ... it is more of a study than a design/build ...

The question is what 3D shape can be designed to make the tallest splash. I do not believe that this is an obvious solution which makes it partticularly interesting and the fluid dynamics involved I'm sure are quite challenging. You would have to ensure proper test parameters such as ensureing that all test shapes have equal mass, and entry velocities, should surface roughness be added or should all surfaces have the same finish? lots of things to consider.

I would personally love to see the outcome.

Cheers,

kuki,

Perhaps you can start by encouraging proper spelling and grammar. Your cell phone style of typing suggests laziness. It will not help you learn. Try to see if this will impress your teachers:

We try bilding a bridg using tootpiks. 1st u mesur d braking point of d tootpiks n use d data 2 desyn a bridg dat wil hold a requird weyt. D bridg wil span a river 1 km long scaled to 1 m n d model. We wil use metal toy cars of d proper scale s d test metod. Den we wil try xseeding d desyn 2 c f r calculations r corek.
