does any one have any idea if there is a minimmum requirement to keep the liquid header away from the chlorine one tone container in liquid feed system and why?

Yes, though that individual would need to have a greater understanding of the context in which the question was asked in order to provide anything meaningful and useful in the way of an answer. <sigh>
