You might like to try a spectacle maker, as they offer all sorts of coatings (both chemical and vacuum deposition) on plastic lenses made of CR60 ? resin and polycarbonate.

Sola of O'Sullivan's Beach South Australia, ans Lens Crafters of USA come to mind. Also NASA have the knowhow for astroaut's face shields

You should search the SPIE and OSA websites and conferences for "Sol-Gel" and/or get this from a university library.

Then select a company that knows what and how to do.

Then arrange a licensing agreement.

Then start and learn.

Prepare some 100 K$ if sol-gel, some 1M$ if vacuum.
