I think you will need to supply a little bit more information before you're going to get the answer you're looking for.

When you say interface, if you're looking to shut down the equipment generally the easiest way is to interrupt the control circuits on AC units. This can be accomplished by using a relay controled by the fire alarm panel. As far as the elevators I'm sure something similar could be done.

If you're looking for an alarm interface that would depend on your panel. Standard that detectors, this as well as area smoke detectors can be made to communicate with a" dumb" panel using the relays in the detectors. If you're installing a new system then it would be best to obtain a matched system, that all components interface with the others. Good luck

thank you Mr.YWROADRUNNER,

YES THE ANSWER IS QUITE USEFUL AND FURTHER TO GO.. WE ARE USING NEW FIRE ALARM PANEL .. AND AS YOU SUGGESTED I THINK WE MAY HAVE TO USE DUMMY PANEL TO INTERFACE ALL THE SYSTEMS TO SHUTDOWN WHEN THE FIRE OCCURS.

REGARDS

Yes you will have to 'interface' with the air systems and elevators. Depending on where you are in the world, most places with a fire code require that the elevators return to the ground floor (unless that is the one that is on fire). That way the fire teams can use it if they deem it necessary for quick access for those that search. It is always a good idea to have the air handlers shut off, no need to feed the fire, and the exhaust system to turn on. And depending on your fire alarm system, you may not need a dummy panel, it can all be completed within the system with modules.

Good luck,
