Transformer selection

in our firm there is a 250hp sqirrel cage induction motor, 3phase, 415 v line to line. star delta starter is employed, When this motor is started there shall be a other loads of 50hp induction motors. What shall be the minimum rating of 11kV/433V transformer

If only 250hp is connected to this transformer then 750 kva transformer would do.

But if you buy a soft starter (instead of Y-D starter) then the size of transformer can be 500 kva.

is the driven equipment a Pump? what is it?I also feel star delta is not the best for this size of motor though not uncommon
