Clculation of Reynolds Number

Can any body tell me different ways for calculation of Reynolds Number. U can explain with an example y taking some process conditions. Give me the formule any ways of approach. Please tell me the conditions we have to consideer while calculating the Reynolds number. Also tell how to calculate the Flow Coefficient and Flow Rate of the Flow from reynolds number.

<Flow Rate>

The volumetric flowrate is the average velocity times the cross-sectional area of the conduit carrying the flow. If the flow is only partly-filling the conduit, then the cross-dectional area of the flow should be used instead. Reynolds' Number isn't usually needed.

The mass flow is the volumetric flow times the density of the fluid.
