The load schedule in the above table is a TCL and to calculate TDL you have to analyze nature (continuous or non-continuous) of each load, duty cycle of the load from which you have to calculate demand factor of the load and over all diversity factor of the load. without knowing all these TDL can be calculate on the basis of thumb rule.

Certainly. A qualified local Electrical Designer can do this calculation. If one is not on the payroll, then the best thing to do is get on the phone, and find one.
