When a material does not have structure it is vitreous in nature and other common word used is glass (like Window glass for example).

When material has structure then it is called crystalline

A glass can be converted from vitreous to crystalline structure by holding at transformation temperature for a time to complete this transformation and this process is unique and this process is call de vitrification.

Other example is Pyrex cookware is is de vitrified product sold in market.

When SiO2 loses Crystallographic properties and readily forms various Ceramics and Clinker compounds-- that is at 900 Degree C+

It is actually 1275degreeC were this transformation happens. There are two many structural changes happens when one takes SiO2 to a ramp. SiO2 is very holy oxide and others wants to get that structure. This is tetrahedral with oxygen at four corner and Si at the center of tetrahedral. Bond energy is very high and even at melt the viscosity is very high for the virtrious to devitrious transformation.
