IC socket to convert QNF package to a DIP package?

03/31/2008 11:26 AM

I recently bought a National Semiconductor's LMX9838 bluetooth module. But I can't use it in my circuit because is a QFN package. Can anybody tell me what type of an IC socket I can use to convert QNF package to a DIP package so that I can access the pins easily.

I needed some for some accelerometer samples I requested and ended up having to make my own with a laser toner resist method...the thin traces needed some special attention as the QFN package had a lot of connector at a very small pitch but it worked out okay in the end.
