Single Phase Capacitor Run Motor Testing

We want to arrive at Single Phase Equivalent Circuit parameters from Capacitir Run Motor Tests.

The method given by Veinott etc id not giving accurate results - particularly for very small motors - say 10 t0 100 watt ouput range.
