The great things about these sensors is that you can tell if the parts can last until next maintenance cycle or if you need to swap them out quickly. Also the maintenance can go a lot faster if you know what parts need to be replaced ahead of time.

Improved Technical Support

The ability to dial in and connect directly to the machine is a huge plus for technicians. Having worked in technical support, I'm not surprised that some companies were spending two to four hours per telephone call just to help customers *identify* the problem.
