which process are used to unloading of rice husk and handling of ash from boiler to a place near the boiler.

I would suggest "walking floor "trailer ,these are used for many other applications from bark to wood residue I believe the manufacture is Kieth .

There are many used units available from the wood industry that would be good for your application. These trailers typically hold app. 100 yards or 20-30 tons ..

If you need help locating a unit I have connections .

If you need a low tech answer a dumping trailer would be effective.

I would suggest nearly any system that utilizes vacuum pneumatic conveying.
