Simatic 6ES5-242-1AA13 Manual

I am looking for a copy of the 6ES5-242-1AA13 high speed counter module manual. I checked the Siemens website but the only info that I can find is that this unit and the associated manuals are no longer available. I have searched for this manual but I am not having any luck in locating it, I am sure it is out there somewhere but I don't know how to find it.
