I'm guessing this is as good as it gets for someone who is living on the streets....I'm not quite sure if its the best use of ones money, but who am I to judge.
The ultimate in shopping cart culture!
Actually, in Japan the homeless have quite an interesting culture. They build large elaborate cardboard living structures in the parks. I saw one that looked like a castle once. (I think the police tore it down after a while).
Some of them sport some mighty fine bling-bling, cars, scooter, and even jobs! They aren't short on cash. They've just chosen an alternative to owning a house, so they live on the streets and in the parks.
I wouldn't be surprised to see someone with one of these carts!
