Anti collision device in tower crane

I would like to install anti collision device in tower cranes to protect collision among the cranes. Please help me by providing following details.

1) Working principle of anti collision device.

2) Details specification of anti collision device, like type, distance cover, voltage etc.

3) Name of manufacture\ vendor in India\ Kolkata

4) Cost

I hope you are refering to cranes used in construction of bldgs. Normaly no one asks for such device in Tower Cranes as they dont interfere each other. However I suggest you should contact mfrs. of the cranes in Calcutta or Jog and Co. in Pune.
