How to take the soy skins away?

04/14/2008 3:40 PM

Hi.

Thanks for your advices. They helped me a lot.

Now, I'm looking for a way to take the soy skins away.

I already have a configuration of the machine; it's like the destoner, but with another sieve for the sand. How could I do for the skins. I've 2 solutions:

a ventilator at the bottom of the machine; it will blow the skins towards a bag

a vacuum system.

What do you think of my solutions?

Do you have other ways?

they must be the least expensive.

1)Soak. 2)Freeze 3)While frozen either a)place in hopper with robber rollers at bottom or

b) place in tumbler. 4)Let the skinned soy to convey across perforated surface.
