Machines Playing up Sounds Like Slipping Alot

hi there

today i had a problem with the machines not liking things that was too small to handle it sounded like it was slipping and double wrapping the thing when it wasn't meant to problem slowed day down a lot normal day about 15,000 with problem not even 5,000

please help


on anthor subject thinking about building a machine that will make our bagging easy will be handleing same length but diffent weights wrapping machine dropps at same time all the time so if anyone has any ideas please let me know
