From the field: Make certain you have good vaporization, LPG has 2.5 times more btu's (approx) then natural gas per cubic foot. Line pressures will probably be higher. Using natural gas sizing chart will work but if you are on a budget run the numbers and down size the piping.

Please refer to the following CR4 thread, which is applicable for design of LPG piping in accordance with ASME B31.4: Pipe minimum allowable thickness

Actually what i need most is the way to calculate how many LPG cylinder tanks (capacity 45kg each) is sufficient to my system.thanks..
