Question needs to be better articulated, as 'domestic' may mean for home use (likely as 200-2000 watts is a small load).

or it can mean

Manufactured in the same country as sold. As in "The 'domestic' market for wind mills in tasmania in 2007 was ..."

By the way, the term "wind mill" is used to describe a device that converts the wind energy into direct mechanical use- like for grinding or direct pumping, etc...

"Wind turbine," or "wind generator" are terms that describe a device that converts the wind energy into electricity.

For your information, CR4 is an engineering forum, not a price comparison or catalog site. Once you have researched the types of 'wind mills' available, you might want to post here to see if anyone can give you engieering advice about the different types- say the advantages of a horizontal axis unit versus a vertical axis unit, or a savonius blade design versus traditional designs. or whether they are suitable for your site, or application.

Coming here for pricing advice with out having done any research is not the best form. It wastes the considered talents and time of those who freely volunteer their experience and share their advice.
