I wnat to convert a single phase to 3 phase by using capacitor

An inverter would be a better choice of equipment.

a phase converter would be the easiest way to do it.

.....But the best way is for you to not do it at all. I am not convinced that you are competent enough to undertake a project this dangerous. I can in no good conscience offer advice to someone who I believe has a high likelihood of accidentaly killing themselves.
