EVERYBODY AWARE, WE ARE PAYING ELECTRICITY BILLS BASED ON NO. OF UNITS CONSUMED.. HOW IT WAS CALCULATED.....

very simple:

1Kwh = 1 Unit , i.e if you consumed 1 kw power for 1 hour you have to pay teriff for 1unit.
