electronic ballast solution

i want to develop 2x54w t-5 lamp ballast so i want the scematic and bom for that

The process you are interested in is known as "designing".

Personally I've never heard of a T5 fluorescent tube rated at 54 watts?????

If you look around, you should find there are IC manufacturers which make ICs that are specifically designed as fluorescent ballast controllers and they can help you with the design work. One such company is International Rectifier aka "IR" (which, by the way, I'm not particuarly endorsing). In fact, if you look around on IR's website they even offer a FREE bit of software which basically prompts you to plug in your lamp specifications, your line voltage and what sort of ballast topology you want. It then spits out a schematic, a BOM and even the specifics on the transfomers / inductors that you'll need. Rather neat.
