sir

for 1600A mccb we had used 80mmx10mm x 2 + 80mmx5mmx1run Copper Busbar for Each Phase ,is it ok ? we had consider 1.3A /Sqmm Current Density for this case

I just want to Kmow Because of this Uneven busbar Sizes any problemof Heating or Skinning is occurs or not ?or selection is wrong

Uneven bus size is not recommendable as current sharing not equal. in this case 2runs of 80x10mm is adequate as current is only 1600A

have you considered the deratings ,because dueto various derating factors it's not advisable to use 2 runs of 80*10 mm busbars for 1600A.
