Copper Busbar Sizing

sir

for 2500A ACB we had used 80mmx10mm x 2 + 80mmx5mmx1run Copper Busbar for Each Phase ,is it ok ? we had consider 1.3A /Sqmm Current Density for this case

I just want to Kmow Because of this Uneven busbar Sizes any problemof Heating or Skinning is occurs or not ?or selection is wrong

Welcome Santosh,

I will not recommend a mix of sizes.

80 mm X 10 mm X 2 bars is enough (for even 3200 amps at 45 deg C ambient).
