lubricating oil reyacling chemical

I Want to recycle syantic motor oil i got hint form some one that there chemical are used in recycling "pentamine+sodium phoshate+sodium hydroxide" but results are not comming form these chemicals plz help me, and tell me what chemical will be made if i mixed these chemicals

Guest, In the interest of your personal safety, the safety of those around you, and the danger of contamination to the local environment I would urge you to find another interest.

Playing with suggested chemicals when you are not a chemist is dangerous.

One of my boyhood friend's brothers lost a couple of fingers trying to copy what he saw the big boys doing playing with chemicals.
