If you go to www.usplastics.com , you can buy the hose in any length you want, and any composition you could want. Weatherhead sells a style of hose fittings that is simply pushed into the hose, and will withstand over 100 PSI. A simple plier type tool is used to insert the fitting into the hose. This would allow you to have control over hose Assemblies at a much lower price.

Thanks Bob C,

But I need the hose permanently attached to the fitting for sanitary purposes. Good link though, we may be able to use them for other items, thanks again.

I usually find a local hydraulic supply or fab shop and sometimes a agricultural equipment repair facility will have the appropriate tooling to accomplish custom hose assembly.

Where are ya? May be I could give you a steer...

I don't know anyone who works at this company, but they are in my area, so I'll plug them to boost the local economy.

Tulsa might not be the Oil Capital of the World anymore, but a lot of oilfield equipment manufacturers are still in the area, and I'm sure Cherokee Hose has gained plenty of experience and expertise making hoses for the petroleum industry.
