Connecting Chroma DC 62012P Series Power Supply (LabView)

Greetings,

I am trying to get a Chroma 62012P to connect through the USB GPIB connection to Labview. I have downloaded the driver for this instrument but whenever I get the error message Initialize.vi<ERR>Driver Status: (Hex 0xBFFA0000). Any help would be much appreciated
