	Guest, I assume that you wish to determine the hot/ cold spots within the storage area and use this data to meet the storage requirements for the products. This can be quite a long process as you should (in theory) map the temperatures for all seasons. What exactly are you looking for ? Are you looking for a practical method or a validation document to carry out this work ? Regards HoleInTheSnow
