please help me to make organization chart for a Limited Liability Company. Its operations are engineering and trading..
Easy there is a universal chart...which always applies.
When things screw up blame the workers. If you can't blame the workers, give management a huge bonus and let them and the workers go.
Responsibility and authority should go upwards, but blame always gets delegated downwards.

Nobody can accurately answer your question without a lot more information.
Limited Liability has to do with how the company is organized legally. It has nothing to do with the personnel organization.
How big is this company? What country is it organized in? How much business does it do per year? How many facilities? etc?
