I HAVE 132/33 KV SUBSTATION.HOW MUCH WILL BE THE FAULT LEVEL?

As per India - fault level can be assumed 5000 MVA. Your electricity board will provide you this value.

Fault Level depends on the Transformer rating, Impedance of the transformer and if you used Cables, then length of the cables. Based on these details only you can able to identify the fault level.
